With arguably the best view of Oxwich bay in the Gower this detached house in set on the pretty hillside with spectacular views over the village and Oxwich Beach and Bay. The Gower has much to offer, designated the first National Park in Britain, and numerous times voted best location for a holiday and Oxwich Bay won the best beach in Britain in 2007. Something for everyone, Walkers, bird watchers, small children who like to play on the beach, windsurfers, surfing, horse riding, the Gower has it all. A 10 minute walk will take you into the heart of Oxwich village which has a super restaurant and pub serving food right on the beach, other local pubs and small village shops are a short drive. Swansea is only a 15 minute drive which has great shopping, restaurants, sports centre, marina and maritime museum, cinemas, theatre and a golf course. The Gower is a great place to visit anytime of year, totally un-commercialised yet only 15 minutes from a city.

Accommodation

A charming house with antique furniture, modernised in the late 70s, with entrance hall leading to large lounge and sitting area, taking full advantage of its magnificent sea views, patio doors lead out to front patio, Separate dining room again with super views, and a smaller snug lounge again with sea views. The large separate kitchen at the back of the house, with breakfast room ideal for feeding the children, fully fitted with ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave, separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, freezer and sink and back door to garden. Stairs lead to 5 bedrooms all with sea views, master double bedroom with super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. A second double with super king-size bed and fitted wardrobes, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a further bunk bedded room all have fitted wardrobes and sea views. Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and whb. A further toilet and whb on the ground floor. All beds have duvets and bed linen provided. Large grounds surround the property which is enclosed by fences and hedges. Full use of your own private grass tennis court, which is in the garden.
